Your first visit
Seventy-five minutes, mostly talking and resting
You'll leave knowing what I did, why, and what I suggest next.
A first visit is longer than the ones after it, because I would rather hear the whole story once. We talk, I feel the pulse and the belly, and you rest on a padded table while any needles are in place. You decide at each step.
Wear and bring
Loose clothing that rolls up at the knee and elbow
A list of everything you take, medicines included
A light meal an hour or two before

Step by step
What happens, in order
- 01
Step 1: We talk
About 25 minutes: your health, your week and what you hope for.
- 02
Step 2: I feel and look
The pulse at both wrists, the skin and the belly.
- 03
Step 3: Treatment
A few fine needles, or none, then a rest of 15 to 20 minutes under a blanket.
- 04
Step 4: A plan
What I did, what I suggest and what to try at home. You decide.
Tell me first
What to tell me before we begin
Any of these change how I work. None of them means you can't come.
Pregnancy
If you are or might be pregnant. Some points are avoided, and I may ask you to check with your doctor or midwife first.
Blood thinners
Or a bleeding disorder. I use fewer needles, or none.
A pacemaker
I don't use electro-stimulation with a pacemaker.
Lymph node removal
Tell me which side, so I keep needles away from that arm or leg.
Your medicines
Keep taking everything your prescriber gave you, and tell me all that you take.
A fear of needles
Many people come for exactly this reason. We start with a session without needles if you like.
